This Arms, Chest and Back workout pack features 6 sessions of 18 minutes each that will help you achieve your fitness goals no matter what your fitness level is. Plus, you don’t need any equipment to do these arm workouts for women as well as arm workouts for men that you can easily do at home.
Challenging movements:
You will encounter some challenging movements in these sessions such as Push Up with Rotation, Reverse Plank, Reverse Fly which will also target shoulders in addition to helping you tone your arms. Other movements including Diamond Push Up, Alternating Punches, Reverse Sweep are also some exercises that you need to focus on.
