    A unique mix of combat, dance and functional fitness done to foot tapping music. The session will consist of skill teaching for combat like boxing, muay thai, mma etc, skill for dance and functional fitness. After learning the skill, the movements will be put together to non-stop music focussing on cardio and muscular endurance. A high energy, fun filled class aiming at burning anything between 500 to 700 calories.
