Join Naveen & Saleena for this Vinyasa Yoga session specially designed for intermediate practioners. In the session, you will be experiencing a quick warm up, surya namaskar and a few unique vinyasas which will help you build strength and stamina, increase your flexibility and will leave relaxed by end of the class.
