What to expect from Beginners III?
High intensity exercises: After a workout for starters we will move onto more intense exercises such as beast hold, jumping jacks, quad rockers lunge with punch, plank to arch, donkey kicks and much more.
Warm up and cool down
We begin every session with warm up exercises to get you fired up for the main exercises. They are an integral part of our beginner workout plan as they reduce the risk of injuries. After you are done with the main movements we finally conclude our workout sessions with some cool down.
Expert tips:
If you don’t know what they are, don’t worry. You will understand everything once you watch these tutorials. Our fitness coach will also give you some exercise tips for beginners. Depending upon your fitness level, you can complete one or even two sessions of this workout pack in a day well because you don’t want to strain your muscles too much. Remember to eat right because working out is just one half of the solution. Following a proper diet can really expedite your fitness journey. Let’s get started with the first session without any further ado.
