What to expect from Get Lean- Advanced?
To get a lean body, strength and conditioning is as important as fat loss. These sessions are a perfect mix of cardio and strength training that will tone and get you a lean body.
Movements involved:
The exercises for slim body include Folded Leg Hip Bridge,Mountain Climber to Leg Raise and some slightly complex movements such as Quick Feet to Star Jump, Alternating Plank Reach, Overhead Squat working as exercises to slim upper body.
Format you’re familiar with:
The format of the Intermediate pack is almost similar to the beginner and the intermediate level workout packs. Our fitness coach Shwetambari Shetty will train you through the 6 sessions of this Get lean workout pack.
Do some stretching:
Every Cult.fit session begins with warm up and some stretching so that your body is fully prepared for an intense workout. After you’re done with your workout session, you need to allow your body to cool down as it helps your heart rate and blood pressure to return to normalcy. You can take up upto two sessions in a day and we strictly recommend not straining your body too much in a single day. Eat right, eat healthy and get lean!
