What to expect from Get Moving Advanced
This pack is made of 6 sessions, each of which are 14 minutes only. Through various mobility workouts, this session gives your body the stretch it needs and works on your overall body flexibility. By the end of the session, you will have sweated it out with some intense movements such as Lateral jump squat, push ups, Table top hold up, star jumps, crossjack jumps and more. Your core would have also worked its muscles with exercises such as dead bug and alternating froggers. The session also involves some yoga stretches like the cobra to leg raise giving your body a complete stretch.
