What to expect from Stress?
About Meditation: Meditation is one of the most effective tools to manage stress. If you carefully listen to the instructions of our instructor and do exactly as he says, you will completely forget that you were ever stressed out in the first place.
About the sessions:
We begin our stress relieving activities with the first session by taking a few deep breaths to relax our mind and body and feel all the stress and tension simply melting away. Then by focussing on our breath and the sensations in our body we become more aware of our feelings and become more relaxed in the process. In the subsequent sessions, we use the body scan technique to scan our entire body for any stress or tension and just let it all go away and finally, we use the meditation technique known as visualization to transport us to our happy place. Now that you are aware of the entire process, let’s begin with our first session to manage stress better.
