Directions

Heat Oil in a pan, put Ginger Garlic Paste and saute till golden brown.

Add chopped Onion and saute till nicely brown. Add Turmeric Powder and Red Chilli Powder and cook it for sometime.

Add chopped Tomato and cook it till mushy and gravy become thick. Keep aside.

Put Madras Onion, cut Beetroot and Vinegar in bowl and keep it overnight.

Cut Paneer into small cubes and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan and put Ginger Garlic Paste and saute it till golden brown. Add chopped Chilli and chopped Onion. Saute till golden brown.

Add Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Salt, Garam Masala and saute it for some time.

Add Tomato Puree, Cashew Magaz Paste and Tomato Onion Masala. Cook for sometime.

Adjust thickening using Milk.

Add the Paneer cubes and Madras Onion. Check seasoning.

Garnish with chopped Coriander. Serve hot.
