Heat Water. Add Salt and bring to boil, add Spaghetti and boil till soft.

Bring Water to boil. Add julienne Carrot and cook for 30 sec.

Add slice julienne Green Zucchini, julienne Yellow Zucchini and strain immediately.

Spread in a tray and allow to a dry and keep aside.

Drain the water and allow to dry.

Spread on a tray, add Oil and toss well so that the noodles does not get stick together.

Heat Oil in a pan add chopped Onion ,chopped Celery, chopped Leek, chopped Carrot, chopped Garlic, fresh Thyme and saute till soft.

Remove to a bowl and keep aside.

In a bowl, break one Egg remove 2/3rd of the yolk and beat.

In a pan, add Egg and scramble the egg till it is cooked.

Remove to a bowl.

In a bowl, add scrambled Egg, Chicken Breast, Bread Crumbs, Mirepoix, Salt, Pepper, chopped Parsley, chopped Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Dijon Mustard and mix well.

Make the mixture to a ball shape. Place in a baking tray and bake.

Remove to a plate and set a side.

Cut Yellow, Red and Green bell peppers into julienne.

In a pan, add Tomato Sauce, Meatballs and reheat.

Take a portion of a Tomato Sauce on the bottom of the serving container.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Garlic and saute.

Add blanched Vegetable, julienne Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Green Pepper and saute.

Add Salt, Pepper and saute.

Add boiled Whole Wheat Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce with Meatballs and toss.

Place the portion of Spaghetti over the sauce in the container and top with four Meatballs.

Garnish with Basil Leaf & Cherry Tomato.
