Directions

In a bowl, add Water, Bajra Grain and soak for 1 hr.

In a bowl, add Water, Green Moong Whole and soak for 1 hr.

In a bowl, add Water, Brown Basmati Rice and soak for 20 mins.

In a bowl, add Water, Split Moong and soak for 20 mins.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, soaked Bajra Grain, Green Moong Whole and cook for 15 to 20 mins.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, cooked Bajra Moong Mix, soaked Brown Rice, Split Moong, diced Carrots and cook for 15 mins till grains are cooked and soft.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Salt, slit Green Chilli and saute chilli till it lightly blister. It should still appear freshly green.

Remove it to a bowl and set aside.

Heat a pan, add Poppy Seeds and roast till they start to pop. Don't let the seeds to turn dark Grey colour.

Cool it down and take out to a blender. Add Water and blend to a fine paste.

Remove it to a bowl and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Green Chillies and saute till slightly brown.

Add crusted Peppercorn and saute for a minute on low flame till strong aroma.

Add chopped Tomatoes, Garam Masala and saute on medium flame till the tomatoes mashed.

Add Water and saute.

Add Aromat, Salt, Poppy Seed Paste and saute for some time.

Remove it to a bowl and keep aside.

Remove the cooked grains to a serving bowl and add Tadka Tomato and water. Mix it well.

Add Salt and mix it properly.

Garnish with chopped Coriander, Sautéed Green Chilli and serve hot.
