In a bowl add Sattu, Multigrain Flour, Raw Onion Puree, Idly Batter, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Water and mix it well.

In a pan make round Dosa and keep it aside.

In a pan, add Oil, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, chopped Ginger, Hing & chopped Garlic. Saute for 1 min.

Add chopped Green Chilli, chopped Onion & chopped Raw Banana.

Add salt & chopped Coriander Leaves. Cook for 5 mins.

Place Filling in the Dosa & roll it tightly.

Cut into 3 pieces or serve whole.
