Directions

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Chicken Bones bring to boil. Drain the water wash the bones and keep aside.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Coriander Roots, Boiled Chicken Bones, roughly cut Onion, Ginger, Garlic and bring to boil.

Strain the stock to a bowl and keep aside.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, chopped Dates and boil for 30 mins.

In a mixing bowl, add Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Chicken Breast and keep aside for 1 hour marination.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add roughly chopped Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Roots, Capsicum, Tomatoes and cook till mushy.

Add Cashew, Magaz and Salt and cook.

Add Red Chilli Powder, Water and cook.

Remove it to a blender and make a fine paste. Keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Bayleaf, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon and saute.

Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute till golden brown.

Add Red Chilli Powder and above puree. Cook it on slow flame for 30 mins.

Add Cumin Powder, Kasoori Methi Powder and cook.

Add Milk, Honey and cook till well.

Remove it to a bowl and keep aside for later use.

In a blender, put the Boiled Dates and make a paste.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute till golden brown.

Add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Marinated Chicken and saute.

Add Makhani Gravy, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder and cook for sometime.

Add Chicken Stock and cook.

Add Kasoori Methi Powder, Honey, Milk, Dates Puree and mix it well.

Remove it to a bowl and serve hot.

In a bowl, add Whole Wheat Flour, chopped Dill Leaves, Salt, Green Chilli Paste & Curd.

Add Water and knead well.

Add Oil & knead to form a dough.

Divide the dough to small sizes. Roll out the dough flat.
