Blanch Spinach.

Soak Rice in water for 30 minutes.

Bring Water to boil, add soaked Rice, Salt and bring it to a boil.

Drain the excess water and transfer boiled rice in a bowl. Keep aside.

In a pan, add Water, fresh Tomato, fresh Thyme, Salt, Paprika Powder, Chipotle Tobasco. Bring it to boil and then reduce the flame.Cook till tomatoes are smashed.

Strain the cooked tomato, collect the juice. Add it to a pan and add Orange Zest and cook it on a low flame till orange begins to disintegrate.

Take it out in a bowl and set aside for later use.

Toss Garlic with Oil and place it on a baking tray and place in the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out from the oven, cool it and chop till it resembles fine granules.
