What makes this recipe so healthy?
Perhaps the most important part that makes this Chick A Fill Baos recipe healthy is that these baos or buns are steamed and not fried. This helps reduce the oil content in them by a huge margin as this recipe only requires about 2 tablespoons of oil. Chicken breasts are one of the healthiest parts of the bird as they are high in protein and contain comparatively lesser amounts of fat. To give the dish a touch of sweetness we use honey and jaggery instead of sugar to avoid unnecessary calories and the rich taste of honey further enhances its taste. Jaggery is rich in iron and other essential minerals, contributing to your overall health. All other ingredients including vegetables such as bell peppers, celery, carrots, tomatoes and others bring their own share of goodness to the table. Reap all the Chick A Fill Baos benefits today by watching the video tutorial at home.

Success!

We hope you had fun making it! Enjoy the meal.
