Dry roast Oats slightly in a pan and keep aside.

Heat Milk in a pan. Add Cocoa Powder and Jaggery.

Cook on a low flame until consistency of melted chocolate is attained.

Into a blending jar, add chopped Dates and the above made Chocolate mixture. Blend to a smooth paste.

To the Chocolate Date mixture, add Chopped Raisins & Almonds. Mix well.

Grease a baking tray with Oil and sprinkle half of the roasted Oats.

Put the Choco Nut Mixture over it and spread uniformly.

Sprinkle the other half of the roasted Oats on top of it and coat it properly.

Refrigerator for 45 minutes. Cut it into square shapes and serve chilled.
