Put the yogurt in a fine strainer and let it strain for at least 30 minutes to remove the excess water. Preheat the oven at 120 degrees c.

Once the water from the curd is strained, take 1/2 cup of strained curd in a bowl and whisk to make it smooth.

Add coconut milk and honey, whisk again until well combined.

Divide the mixture into the ceramic bowl or baking mold, take a shallow tray, place the ceramic bowl in the tray, pour water up to 1 inch, and place the tray in a preheated oven. Bake it at 120 degrees c for 15-20 min, until the yogurt is set.

Once done, carefully remove the tray from the oven. Remove the bowls from water and discard the water. Let it cool down at room temperature. As it cools down, let it chill in the fridge for 1- 2 hours. Serve chilled with some honey/fruits of your choice/granola.
