Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour along with rice flour, salt, pepper along with water and make a batter and keep it aside.

Cut the tofu in dice, heat oil in a pan, coat the tofu dice into the batter and cook it on the pan on a slow fire till golden crust.

Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch it into salt water and cook till it gets soft and drain it and cool it under running water.

On another side heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger, garlic and saute it well. Add chilli paste and cook well, as it cooks, add tofu and cook for a min. Add blanched broccoli, soya sauce and mix well.

Garnish it with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds .
