Soak the broken wheat and moong dal dal together for 45 minutes and drain it.

Wash green peas and cut florets of cauliflower chop green chili, ginger, tomato, and coriander leaves. Heat desi ghee in a pressure cooker add mustard seeds, kalonji (optional), cumin seed, green chili & ginger and saute.

Add chopped tomato, cauliflower florets, green peas and chopped tomato along with all powdered spices.

Saute the vegetables for 5 minutes, add water to it, and soaked dalia and moong daal. Mix well

Lid on the pressure cooker and let it cook. give 2-3 whistle. After 2 whistles, turn off the flame and let it rest for 20 minutes. It will further cook in its heat.

Check the seasoning. Finish it with lemon juice and chopped coriander.
