In a bowl, add Whole Wheat Flour, Salt & Curd.

Add Water and knead well.

Add Oil & knead to form a dough.

Divide the dough to small sizes. Roll out the dough flat.

In a flat pan, cook the Tortilla on both sides evenly.

In a mixer, add roasted Tomato, roasted Red Bell Pepper, roasted Yellow Bell Pepper & Garlic.

Add Yogurt, Salt, crushed Black Peppercorn, Oil and Tobasco Sauce.

Blend to make a smooth paste.

In a bowl, add chopped Tomato, chopped Onion, chopped Coriander Leaves & chopped Jalapeno. Mix.

Add Salt, crushed Black Pepper & Jeera Powder. Mix well.

In a pan, add Oil, chopped Garlic, chopped Tomato & chopped Onion.

Add Paprika Powder, Jeera Powder, Oregano, Salt, crushed Black Peppercorn, chopped Jalapeno & chopped Coriander Leaves. Cook for 1- 2 mins.

Add cooked Kashmiri Rajma.

Add Water & cook for 5 mins.

In a bowl, add 1 whole Egg & 2 Egg whites. whisk well.

In a pan, add Oil, chopped Onion, chopped Green Chilli, chopped Coriander & chopped Green, Yellow, Red Bell Pepper. Cook for 2- 3 mins.

Add Eggs, Salt & Pepper.

Place the Tortilla on a flat surface and place the refried beans on the bottom half.

Place the Omelette on top of the beans followed by Tomato Salsa.

Fold the Tortilla from the top. Grill till bold grill marks appear. Cool for 30 sec. Cut into two halves.
