Heat Oil in a pan. Add Curry Leaves, Red Dry Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Salt and crackle. Remove to a bowl and keep aside.

In a blender, add grated Coconut, roasted Bengal Gram, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves, Mint Leaves, Ginger, Garlic, Water, Onion, Salt and blend to a paste.

Remove to a bowl and pour half of the South Indian Tadka over it.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add Water, Foxtail Millet, Yellow Moong Dal, Ginger julienne, Green Chilli salt, Black Pepper Corn, Salt, Oil, Turmeric and bring to boil. Cook till mushy.

Remove to a bowl and garnish with rest of the South Indian Tadka.
