Directions
1
Preheat the oven at 180 degree c. Prepare a baking tray by greasing a little oil. This will help to remove crackers after baking. In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
2
Slowly add the 1/2 cup of water, mashing it into the dry ingredients to make dough.
3
Scoop the mixture onto the greased baking tray. Now lightly grease a rolling pin and evenly roll out the mixture into a sheet. Even out the thicker edges by hand and then smoothen the surface. The sheet should be rolled out too thick. For a crunchy cracker, keep the thickness thin.
4
Using a sharp knife, score the cracker to desired shape. This will help to break into pieces after baking.
5
Bake in the oven for 20-30 min at 180 degrees, remove from the oven and let it cool down completely in a baking tray.
6
Then break the cracker. Serve or store in an airtight container upto 2 weeks.
