Preheat the oven at 150 degree C. Prepare a muffin tin with paper liner or grease with a little oil.

In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients first.

In a separate bowl combine milk, water, vinegar and oil. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Whisk until well combined to form a thick batter.

Scoop batter into lined muffin tray, fill upto 3/4 leaving space for baking. Bake at 150 degree c for 15-17 min or until the toothpick comes out clean.

As the cupcakes are baking, make the chocolate ganache. Chop the chocolate and set aside in a bowl. Warm the milk and pour over the chopped chocolate. Mix well to combine both. This will form a thick chocolate icing (ganache). Keep the ganache in the fridge for 5-10 min or until it sets and gets a smooth creamy texture. Once done it is ready to use to frost the cake.
