Dry them properly by using paper tissue. Take a container/ ziplock bag layer with a paper towel and add the coriander leaves into it. Put another layer of paper towel on top and close the lid properly. Store the air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Mint leaves:- Remove the excess stem from the bottom and dip the mint in water and wash it properly.

Remove from water, dry the leaves from the tissue paper. Take a container layer with a paper towel and add the mint leaves into it. Put another layer of paper towel on top and close the lid properly . Store the air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
