Directions

In a blender, add Basil Leaves, Salt, crushed Black Pepper, Walnuts, Water & Garlic.

Blend & add Oil.

In a bowl, add Basil Pesto, Curd, Salt, crushed Black Pepper & Chilli Flakes.

Mix well.

In a pan, boil Egg in Water, Salt, Vinegar for 7-8 mins.

In a pan, add cut Tomatoes & char.

In a heavy bottom vessel, add charred Tomato, fresh Thyme, Salt, Water, Paprika Powder & Chipotle Tobasco. Bring to boil & simmer. Strain the mixture to get a smooth textured coulis.

Char Peppers on a flame to burn the skin. Place in a covered container till charred skin is soft and pliable.

Scrape of the skin and clean Peppers. Cut thin slices and keep aside.

In a plate, place 3 slices of Bread. Spread Pesto evenly on all 3 slices. On 2 slices place Lettuce.

Place charred Peppers & boiled Egg White diced on 2 slices of the bread.

In a sandwich grill, place the sandwich and evenly grill both sides.

Serve hot along with Smoked Tomato Coulis.
