Directions

1In a heavy bottom vessel, add Lobia Dal White, Water and soak overnight.
2In a heavy bottom vessel, add soaked Lobia Dal White , Water, Salt and cook till soft.
3Remove boiled Lobia Dal White to a bowl and keep aside.
4Heat Oil in a pan. Add minced Green Chillies, Garlic, Onion and sauté till Golden Brown.
5Add Turmeric Powder, Jamaican Spice Mix and sauté.
6Add Lobia Dal White and stir.
7Add Water, Coconut Milk and bring to boil.
8Add Broccoli, diced Red Pepper and cook till soft.
9Add diced Chicken, Spinach and cook for 10 minutes.
10Add Salt, Aromat Powder and bring to boil.
11Take off the heat, add Lemon Juice, Nutmeg and mix properly.
12Remove to a bowl and keep aside.
