Lemon Iced Tea Tips
While the lemon iced tea recipe is super easy and almost all the ingredients are easily available at home, there are a few tips that you can keep in mind. You can make the beverage strong or mild depending on your preference. If you want the taste of lemons to be overpowering, then opt for a little more lemon juice. However, if you are looking to keep the taste of lemon a little mild and prefer instead to have the taste of tea more dominating, then make sure you lessen the number of lemon peels that you use to steep the tea with. You can also control the sweetness of the iced tea as per your preference. You should know that using refined sugar makes the lemon iced tea calories on the higher side, but if you want a healthier alternative, then feel free to use honey or powdered jaggery instead. Lemon iced tea, like the name suggests, is best served chilled, so make sure you’ve added enough ice cubes to the beverage before serving!
