Preheat the oven at 180-degree c. grease a loaf tin with little oil and set aside.

In a blender, put oats and grind until you get a fine powder. Pan toast the poppy seeds on a low flame, do not burn. Once done set aside to cool down.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until pale and foamy. Add the yogurt to the eggs and whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Add in the honey, 2tbsp of lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp of lemon zest. Whisk until well combined.

Sprinkle the oat flour, 2 tbsp of poppy seeds, baking powder, and salt. Fold the ingredients together until no dry oats flour appears.
