Wash Rice and soak for 45 mins.

In boiling Water, add Rice, Salt and cook then strain.

In a bowl, add Coconut Milk Powder and warm Water.

Mix, strain and keep aside.

In a pan, add Oil, chop Onion, chop Bedgi Chilli, Cashewnut, Jeera Seeds, Coriander Seeds, chop Garlic, chop Ginger, chop Lemongrass, Galangel, Turmeric and saute.

After sauteing, add to a blender, add Water and grind to smooth paste.

Pour in a pan, cook the paste till Water dries up and Oil is released.

In a pan, add Curry Paste, Coconut Milk, Lemongrass, Salt, sliced Red Chilli, Kaffir Lime and bring to boil.

In a bowl, add Salt, crescent slices Cucumber, Red Pepper and leave to sweat.

In a bowl, add squeezed Cucumber and Red Pepper, Honey, Sesame Oil and toss.

Heat Oil in a pan, add diced Chicken and saute.

Add Malaysian Curry Base, Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Broccoli, Baby Corn, Salt, Lemon Juice, sliced Red Chilli, fresh Basil Leaves and bring to boil.

Pour the Chicken Curry into a bowl and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a wok, add boiled Brown Rice, sliced Lemongrass, Basil Leaves, fresh Red Chilli, Salt, Aromat Powder and toss.
