Directions

Peel and cut Mango into dices. Add to the blender and make a puree.

In a mixing bowl add Chia Seeds, Basil Seeds, Cinnamon Powder and Orange Zest.

Add Coconut Milk to the seed mix and allow to infuse.

Once the seeds have absorbed the Coconut Milk, add Honey and Mango Puree to it.

Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Portion the base into a container.

Top with diced mango.
