  • Mango 1 unit
  • Capsicum Green-regular 0.5 unit
  • Onion 1 unit
  • Lemon 0.5 unit
  • Coriander W/o Roots 6 g

  • Pepper 0.5 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
  • Green Chillies 2 units

Directions

1Wash and peel the mango and cut into small dice. Chop onion, capsicum, and tomato. Fine chop the green chili and coriander leaves. In a mixing bowl, combine all the chopped veggies, mango, and coriander.
2Sprinkle salt and pepper. Drizzle some olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
3It is ready to serve.
