Directions

1In a bowl, add Water, Rajma and keep it for soaking overnight.
2In a heavy bottom, boil Water. Add Salt, soaked Rajma and bring to boil for 45 mins.
3Heat Oil in pan. Add Cumin Seeds and let it crackle.
4Add sliced Onion, Cabbage, Carrot, Tomato, Celery and saute till brown.
5Add boiled Rajma and cook for a minute.
6Add Black Pepper, Aromat Powder, Salt, Paprika Powder, Chipotle Tabasco Sauce and saute.
7Add Water and bring to boil and reduce to simmer, cook until vegetables are soft.
8Remove it to a blender and blend to puree.
9Strain the liquid into a bowl and again blend the remaining of the strainer and strain the liquid into a bowl.
10Garnish with Spring Onion and serve hot.
