Tips and tricks to add awesomeness to your mix veg paratha recipe
● Add a handful of rolled oats or millets like jowar, bajra, ragi or soybean powder to your wheat flour for multigrain benefits. ● A handful of greens like methi - fenugreek leaves, palak – spinach leaves, kothmir or dhaniya patta – coriander leaves adds to the flavour and nutrition. ● Add cheese to the filling and roll them in various shapes like triangle, circle or square to make them interesting for kids. ● Add a dollop of home-made white butter while serving and or a spoonful of desi ghee for added nutrition and taste. ● To avoid lumps in the centre, stretch and roll the dough with thin edges, add the filling in the centre and seal like an envelope before rolling again. ● Grate your vegetables as fine as possible and mash your potatoes well so that the filling remains inside and does not pop out while rolling the parathas. Follow this veg paratha recipe and create a power-packed meal at your home.
