No Egg Mayonnaise
- Cashewnut (2 Piece Split) 80 g
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Refined Oil 2 teaspoons
Fruits & Vegetables
- Lemon 1 unit
- Garlic 3 pieces
- Water 1 tablespoon
1Wash the cashewnut and soak it for 25- 30 minutes. Drain it and put it in a blender jar.
2Add oil, salt, garlic, water, and lemon juice.
3Make a fine paste and check the seasoning.
4Use it as per requirement .
