In a bowl, add Salt, Pepper, Dijon Mustard, Thyme, Lemon Zest, Garlic, Chicken Breast and mix it properly and place it in the refrigerator overnight to marinate.

In a pan, boil Water and blanch the Broccoli florets.

In a pan, boil Water and blanch the diamond shaped Carrot, Beans, Baby Corn, Green Zucchini and keep aside.

In a heavy bottom vessel, bring Water to boil and add Whole Wheat Pasta, Salt and boil until soft.

Strain the pasta and allow it to cool.

In a grilling pan, grill the marinated Chicken on both sides.

In a baking tray, place the grilled Chicken and place in an oven for 6 mins baking. Remove it to a plate and cut into slices.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cherry Tomatoes, sliced Garlic. Toss it well and allow the tomato skin to share and blister.

Add Vinegar, Salt, Pepper and toss.

Add Oregano and toss. Remove to a bowl and keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add boiled Broccoli and saute.

Add Salt, Pepper and saute till fragrant.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add diamond shaped Red Pepper, Yellow Peppers and saute for a minute.

Add boiled vegetables and saute till fragrant.

Add Thyme, Salt, Pepper, chopped Parsley and remove from heat. Keep aside.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Tomato Sauce and bring to boil.

Add half of the Sauteed Vegetables, Basil Leaves and bring to boil.

Add half of the Grilled Chicken and bring to boil.

Add Pasta and cook for a minute.

Remove to a bowl and top with remaining half of the Sauteed Vegetables and Grilled Chicken, Sautéed Broccoli, Charred Cherry Tomato and Black Olives.
