Slightly roast the Rava in Oil.

Soak Saffron in a small amount of Water.

Boil the Water along with the Jaggery and Cloves. Remove the Cloves once infused.

Add boiled Water and Jaggery liquid into roasted Rava. Mix briskly.

Add chopped Pineapple to the mixture.

Add half chopped Cashew Nuts, Almonds and dried Cranberries.

Add Cardamom Powder, Turmeric Powder & soaked Saffron. Mix well

Remove to a bowl. Garnish with the remaining chopped Cashew Nuts, Almond, Cranberries. Serve warm.
