Directions

Wash and peel the pumpkin, cut it into dice. Fine chop onion, green chili, and ginger.

Heat the oil in a pan, add kalonji seeds, curry leaves, and saunf. Saute it.

Add ginger, green chili, and cook until the rawness disappears.

Add onion and cook till golden color. Add masalas and lightly saute. then add pumpkin dice and mix it well.

Add water and cover it with a lid. Let it cook on a low flame. (Add a little water if required).

As the pumpkin cooks, turn off the flame. garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
