Soak Quinoa overnight in water. Rinse well and dry.

Bring Water to boil. Add soaked Quinoa, Salt and boil till quinoa is soft.

Drain the water. Spread evenly on a tray and allow to dry.

Bring Water to boil. Add Black Raisins and remove from heat.

Allow the Raisins to soak for 30 minutes and then allow to dry.

In a mixing bowl, add Milk and Water and divide into 3 portions of 40%, 40% & 20%.

Add the first 40% in a pan. Add Cinnamon Sticks, Star Anise and bring to boil. Simmer for 20 minutes and then remove from the heat.

Remove the whole spices and add Orange Zest.

Take off from heat, add the Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds and mix.

Transfer to a bowl and allow to soak.

In the 20% milk, add Ragi Flour, Cinnamon Powder and whisk it.

Heat the last 40% in a pan. Add Ragi Flour Mix, while mixing make sure that no lumps are formed.

Add Honey and for 10 minutes on a low fame till the entire mix thickens.

Take off from the heat. Add boiled Quinoa & soaked Oats Chia Mix. Gently fold together and do not mash the Rolled Oats.

Remove to a bowl, garnish with soaked Black Raisins, toasted Pumpkin and Watermelon Seeds and refrigerate till chilled.
