Directions

1Cut the Grapes into halves and remove the seeds.
2Cut Dates into quarters.
3In a bowl mix, add Lemon Juice, Vinegar and Water.
4Use the solution to store the cut Pears.
5Bring water to boil, add Black Raisins to it and remove from the heat immediately.
6Allow the Raisins to soak for sometime.
7Drain the Raisins, allow to dip dry and store refrigerated in a clean container.
8In a mixing bowl, place Grapes, Guava, Pear, Pineapple, Dragon Fruit, Kiwi, Papaya, Cantaloupe and Watermelon of 20mm cubes and toss it.
9Serve in a bowl. Topped with Dates, chopped Almond, Raisins and Mint Leaves.
