Cut the Grapes into halves and remove the seeds.

Cut Dates into quarters.

In a bowl mix, add Lemon Juice, Vinegar and Water.

Use the solution to store the cut Pears.

Bring water to boil, add Black Raisins to it and remove from the heat immediately.

Allow the Raisins to soak for sometime.

Drain the Raisins, allow to dip dry and store refrigerated in a clean container.

In a mixing bowl, place Grapes, Guava, Pear, Pineapple, Dragon Fruit, Kiwi, Papaya, Cantaloupe and Watermelon of 20mm cubes and toss it.

Serve in a bowl. Topped with Dates, chopped Almond, Raisins and Mint Leaves.
