Are you a health-conscious individual who enjoys smoothies during the summer? Our Sunny surprise recipe is sure to hook your interest then! Summers are the months when we're most active. The sun shines down on us and as we're spending time outdoors, we get dehydrated quick. A little pick me up is needed for those moments which is where the Sunny Surprise recipe comes in. Most basic smoothies use o ... ne or two ingredients but when it comes to our Sunny Surprise ingredients, we've gotten a little creative. We made sure to keep it light on your stomach and minimize the prep time as much as possible. As long as you have a reliable blender and a couple of fruits lying around the house, making this will be a snap. If you want to elevate this concoction to superfood status, you can mix in your green powders or simply add some chopped kale. Making a refreshing beverage like our Sunny Surprise restaurant-style mocktail has never been easier and we show you how to make Sunny surprise in our online video. For diabetics, we suggest substituting the honey with stevia leaf powder when you're making the recipe.
