Take a bowl, add Salt, Pepper, Dijon Mustard, Paprika Powder, Thyme, Garlic, Chipotle Tabasco, Chilli Flakes, boneless Chicken Breast. Mix properly and keep aside to marinate overnight.

Chop the Tomatoes. Place in a mixing bowl and remove the core with seeds.

Take a blender, place the core with seeds and blend in short bursts. Strain the juice to a bowl and keep aside.

Add Tomato juice, chopped Coriander, Jalapeño, minced Green Chillies, Salt, Pepper, Roasted Cumin Powder and Chipotle Tabasco into the mixing bowl.

Mix well and keep aside.

Heat the grill, place the marinated Chicken and cook both sides.

Take out to a baking tray and place in an oven for roasting. Finish in the over for 6 mins at 160 degree C.

Remove to a plate and cut into 2 slice.

In a bowl, add hung Curd, Garlic Paste, Coriander, Salt and Pepper.

Mix with spatula till smooth and keep aside.

Place 3 slices of Bread on a flat surface.

Heat the grill and place the 2 slices and grill both sides. Apply Yogurt Spread to all 3 slices

Place the Green Lettuce on both grilled slices individually.

Place sliced Tomato and Cucumber on top of Lettuce.

Top the veggies layer with slice of Chicken.

Place the garnished slice 2 on above the Alice 1 and cover top with 3rd slice.

Take a sandwich grill and grill the sandwich till top and bottom slice are crispy. Take out to a plate and cut half straight in the middle.
