Soak the Cashew Nut in water for 1 hour.

Blend soaked Cashew Nut, Boiled Sweet Potato, Dijon Mustard, Lime Juice, Garlic, Salt, Water till smooth and thick consistency.

For Dressing- Blend Cashew Mayo, Curd, Honey, Dijon Mustard & Garlic.

Marinate Chicken with Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Garlic, Lemon Zest, Dijon Mustard.

Grill on medium heat 30 second each side and cook in oven for 6 mins at 160 degree C.

Cut Apple, Pear in small dices and soak in salt lime water.

Deseed Grape and cut into halves.

On bed of Lettuce, add cut Fruits, blanched diced Celery, Grapes.

Add Diamond shape cut grilled Chicken.
