Directions

1Wash, clean and cut the watermelon in bite size chunks
2Remove all the seeds
3Place the chunks in a tray or bowl without over stacking and freeze overnight or till the chunks are completely frozen.
4If not frozen properly, the texture will turn out to be more slushy than like a sorbet.
5Once frozen, add the chunks and half the amount of lime juice in a blender
6Blend till a thick dense mixture is formed. Only add more lime juice if needed.
7Scoop out the sorbet into the desired serving bowl. Drizzle with honey and serve.
