Heat Oil in a pan. Add Broken Wheat and sauté on a low flame till toasted aroma is obtained.

Add Water along with Jaggery and Cardamom Powder and cook for at-least half an hour.

Add chopped Raisins and Dates. Mix well.

Mix the Coconut Milk powder in Water to avoid any lump formation.

Add the Coconut Milk mixture to the cooked Broken Wheat and mix it well and let it cool. It should have a semi thick consistency when cold.
