Preheat the oven at 160 degrees c. Prepare a baking tin by lining silver foil. In a large bowl, break the egg and whisk until foamy. Add milk, jaggery powder, cinnamon; whisk until well combined.

Add half of the peanut butter and whisk again.

Take the remaining half of the peanut butter and sandwich with bread. Cut the sandwich into quarters and arrange them in a baking tray.
