Directions

1In a pan, add Oil, chopped Red Bell Pepper, chopped Yellow Pepper, chopped Green Bell Pepper, chopped Haricot Beans, chopped Carrot. Saute for 1- 2 mins.
2Add Cumin Powder, Chat Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Salt & chopped Coriander Leaves.
3Cook for 1-2 mins. Mix well.
4In a bowl, add 3 whole Eggs. Whisk the Eggs well.
5In a pan, add Oil, chopped Onion, chopped Tomato,chopped Green Chilli & chopped Coriander Leaves.
6Add the whisked Eggs & Salt.
7Add the stuffing in the center of the half cooked Egg.
8Fold the Egg into half(semi circle).
9Serve hot.
